Your tasks

• You are responsible for global purchasing for the supply chain at supernutural

• You manage the global raw material purchasing of our organic nuts and organic chocolates and continuously expand the "farm to table" network of organic farmers for optimal quality

• You ideally already have food experience and are familiar with food law

• You are responsible for the entire supernutural assortment and its quality assurance with current laboratory values, certifications as well as the organic control process.

• You take care of sustainable packaging and logistics solutions

• You manage the local purchasing of mechanical engineering components and constantly expand the supplier network for an optimal production process

• You have technical knowledge and can handle component drawings with confidence

• You actively take care of market and competition analyses

• You lead the product development of our raw materials and manage test and roll out with our roasting operation

• You automate and synchronize the procurement process with our inventory management system Xentral

• You will work closely with our finance manager on liquidity planning for commodity procurement

• You are able to react flexibly to changing market and economic behavior

• You take care of the development of new markets together with the founders, including sourcing, quality assurance and availability

• You negotiate confidently and in line with the market with nut farmers and artisanal businesses

• You develop suitable product solutions depending on the sales behavior of the target groups

• You always keep the KPI overview of targeted goals, timings and costs and how you can best achieve them together with the supplier

• You act strategically and analytically for optimal, measurable results and best prices

• You are at home in Excel and ideally already have experience with our ERP Xentral

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally already in a scaling start-up

• You are an organizational talent and like to communicate with people

• You have a well-structured and systematic working style

• You have very good IT skills and have already worked with an ERP system or another business solution

• You think entrepreneurial and have ambition

• You are enthusiastic about the topics food and sustainability

• You identify yourself with our values "team spirit" and "reliability

• Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage
